In the not-too-distant future, every legal contract will be automatically analyzed by software. During negotiation, automated checks will alert lawyers of issues or provide reassurance that key criteria are met. Post-signature, automated analysis will provide a clear picture of negotiation trends and each contract's obligations. At Pincites we're building that future.

Today, we're launching a collection of Pincites-managed checks for analyzing MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and NDAs. In total there are over 200 checks based on our experience reviewing hundreds of contracts. Each check includes an explanation of why it’s important, references to the relevant law, and suggestions on how to resolve failures.

The checks are grouped together into “base check suites” that can be applied to any Pincites playbook. They cover the requirements almost every business has when reviewing an MSA, DPA or NDA. You can run them stand-alone to get an “industry standard” review of a contract, or combine them with your own custom checks to get a tailored analysis.
