This week, we made several improvements to the Word add-in to give you better suggested fixes and a better experience navigating the add-in.

  • Upgraded to the latest GPT-4o model. We upgraded the AI model to the latest version of GPT 4o, which should improve the suggestions.
  • Improved annotations. We fixed a bug where annotations wouldn't jump to the correct check list item if there was a (hidden) special formatting character in the middle of the clause.
  • Improved navigation on unknown clauses. We now scroll to the document location when you open the Pincites view for a new (or "unknown") clause in your first party paper contract.
  • Clauses view is filtered on Redlines by default. When reviewing first party paper, the clauses tab is now filtered on "Redlined" clauses by default.
  • Clause card shows when there's a formatting change. Pincites now informs you if the clause's redlines contain only a formatting change.
  • Improved document parsing for checkboxes. Pincites better parses checkboxes in documents to more accurately find locations for issues and suggestions.

Got an improvement you want to see in Pincites? We'd love to hear from you.
