This week, we focused on refining the experience in the Word add-in.
Improved on-demand fixes
When there's not a suggested fix generated from the guidance in your playbook you can now write a custom rule and create a redline on-demand. We made improvements to this feature, which we shipped last week, so that now Pincites can:
- Retain your custom suggestion, even if you navigate away from the clause
- Mark the clause as reviewed once a custom suggestion is applied
- Show the custom suggestion section by default if you've previously written a rule
Better document parsing
- Better management of hidden paragraphs at document ends
- Reduced flickering of annotations when reviewing third-party documents
- Enabled editing of checks directly from a check's dropdown in lists
- Fixed bug that prevented Pincites from jumping to some clauses in a document
Got an improvement you want to see in Pincites? We'd love to hear from you.
