New features for the Pincites Word add-in this week include:
- Keyboard check navigation. If you have an open check, you can move to the next or previous check using your keyboard's left and right arrow keys. This means you don't need to manually close the check and open the next one. Keyboard navigation for clauses was added last week.
- Deleted clauses on first party paper. Deleted clauses are now matched with your standard clauses or flagged as a redline for review when you're working on first party paper.
We also improved the Pincites admin dashboard to help you more easily define checks and standard clauses:
- New standard clauses page. You can view all your standard clauses in a single page. These clauses help Pincites align redline suggestions in the Word add-in with your template's language.
- Unified Checks Page.
- You can set checks to run on first party paper only, third party paper only, or all contract types.
- For first party paper checks, you can associate the check to a standard clause for scoped redline suggestions.
- Check Filtering. You can filter checks by scope, e.g. "first party paper only", for easier management.
Got an improvement you want to see in Pincites? We'd love to hear from you.
